Terms of Use

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms define the conditions for using the web tool platform "NichiTools" (hereinafter "the Service") provided by Mitchy (hereinafter "the Operator"). The Service provides tools for general users to solve daily "judgments" and "calculations" on the spot.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows: 1. "User" means an individual or corporation that uses the Service upon agreeing to these Terms. 2. "The Service" means the web tool platform named "NichiTools" provided by the Operator and all services associated with it. 3. "Input Information" means numerical values, text, and other information entered by the User in each tool of the Service. 4. "Cookies" means small text files sent from the website server to the User's browser and stored on the User's computer.

Article 3 (Use of the Service)

1. Users can use the Service by agreeing to these Terms. 2. The Service can be used indefinitely for all tools without member registration. 3. In using the Service, Users must not engage in acts that violate laws or public order and morals, acts that cause damage to third parties, or other acts deemed inappropriate by the Operator.

Article 4 (Functions)

The Service mainly provides the following functions: 1. Unit price comparison and cost performance calculation: Provides accurate product comparison functions based on capacity and usage. 2. Other tools that support judgment and calculation in daily life.

Article 5 (Fees)

1. The Service is currently provided free of charge for all functions. 2. The Operator may start providing paid plans or subscriptions in the future. In such cases, the Operator will notify Users separately.

Article 6 (Data Handling)

1. Input Information entered by Users into each tool of the Service will not be saved in databases on the Operator's server. Input Information shall be processed only temporarily on the User's browser. 2. Handling of personal information, such as the use of cookies, access analysis, and display of advertisements, shall be in accordance with the separately defined Privacy Policy.

Article 7 (Intellectual Property Rights)

1. Copyrights, trademarks, and all other intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the Operator or third parties with legitimate rights. 2. Users must not reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly transmit, distribute, transfer, lend, translate, or create derivative works of the Service without the Operator's permission.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

1. The Operator makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, usefulness, or absence of defects of the Service. Please use the calculation results as a guide only. 2. The Operator assumes no responsibility for any damage caused to Users arising from the Service. However, if the contract regarding the Service becomes a consumer contract as defined in the Consumer Contract Act, the Operator's liability for damages caused by the Operator's negligence (excluding gross negligence) shall be limited to direct and ordinary damages. 3. If a User causes damage to a third party in connection with the use of the Service, the User shall resolve it at their own responsibility and expense.

Article 9 (Changes to these Terms)

The Operator may change these Terms at any time at the Operator's discretion. The changed terms shall take effect from the time they are displayed on the Service, and if a User uses the Service after the change, they shall be deemed to have agreed.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. Japanese law shall be the governing law for the interpretation of these Terms. 2. In the event of a dispute regarding the Service, the district court having jurisdiction over the location of the Operator shall be the exclusive agreed jurisdiction court of the first instance.

Article 12 (Language)

The Japanese version of these Terms shall be the original. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between the Japanese version and the English translation, the Japanese version shall prevail.
